- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Return Initiation
- Contact us via email at info@almalumina.com within 20 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- In your email, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
